• Downtime notification procedure

To register a downtime, you must go to this OSG page:#

If the downtime is known ahead of time, specify it as Scheduled. We get credit only for Scheduled Downtime in Site Readiness. You will have to include a record for each of our GLOW resources. Note that each record requires in new ID number.#

Second, announce the downtime on the Grid Announcements HyperNews:#

And to our HEP users mailing list:#

This list should include all likely users of our resources.#
